IRC or internet relay chat is the main way I spend time on the computer. I have been on IRC since mid Feb. and have been socializing from then on. IRC has been given many bad names over the years as people have made some rather bad communities promoting things such as Drugs and Alcohol. There are MANY good servers on the world of IRC such as ZTecNet, McInTEC, AceIRC, iPocalypse, and many more. Most of the servers I am connected to are those who either chat about technology or general ideas. IRC is a good way to communicate with many people around the world, have a good time, and not feel like your the only person on the planet. I first came to irc through a youtube video about computers from a person by the name of Chris Pirillo. I joined the community of #chris on the WyldRyde Network. After a while I made my own channel #cybergeek and about 10-15 people were in there on average. My reach on IRC expanded as I met more users and found more networks. I began to run my own network called CybergeekIRC which later merged with ZTecNet. I found many servers such as AceIRC and iPocalypse through other users such as Andrew12 and pie. I later joined a community called McInTEC (http://mcintec.net) on the AceIRC Network. The community later broke away from AceIRC and made their own network, McInTEC IRC. If it hadent been for IRC, this website would not have existed and I would not be as geekey as I am today.

A few weeks ago Apple released the iPhone 2.1 (1.2.1) software update. I have noticed a big change in signal strength and overall stability, I also like the way the new 3g icon looks. There aren’t many changes to the GUI except for the 3g icon and the Genius feature. If your fed up with the bugs in 2.0.2 the just upgrade to 2.1. You can also Pwn your 2.1 iPhone with QuickPwn as PwnageTool will NOT work.

As you may have herd I have had an iMac for the better part of two weeks now and I’m really enjoying it. I’m enjoying it so much that I thought I’d do a review on it.
Review:
The iMac is the slickest looking computer I’ve ever had. It is also the fastest one I’ve had. I like the way that the iMac only has one screw on the outside which is the ram door screw. Internally it has a 300gb hdd, 2.66GHz Intel Core2 Duo, 512mb of video memory, 2GB of ram and, a 1600×1050 Screen.
Pros:
Fast, slick, Slot loading superdrive, built in iSight, built in speakers, built in mic, 300gb hdd, 2.66GHz core2 duo.
Cons:
None that I can think of….

Well i just got home from a baseball game at Comerica Park…. THE TIGERS WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sat in seat 4, row 26, section 119. The best part about the game was that we got the tickets for free :D. The game was Tigers Vs. Royals, Friday, August 29, 2008 7:05pm.

There are a ton of new features in version 2.0 such as the “App Store” and many other features that have been there in the past.
